"I had ordered my Sedici helmet in person and paid everything in FULL on August 21st, 2016, which was not cheap. I had personally fitted my helmet and knew that I needed a size M and not a size S. Tell me how I waited 1 week for them to special order it and they still manage to screw up my order by ordering a Small when I specifically stressed to them to please order me a Medium. So when they did call me a week later to pick up the item order and it was the wrong size, they had to reorder the Medium. I gave them sufficient time before I called them 2 weeks later to find out that the Medium did come in a week ago and they SOLD IT!!! WTF??? That's already 3 weeks of a paid item with no merchandise in my hands or shall I say on my head. This is very disappointing!!! I can't believe how unorganized everything is. Considering that this store comes highly recommended by a friend. I spoke with the store manager Jay. At this point, I can only wait patiently for my helmet as this has totally delayed me from what my plans were. Jay was helpful, but I shouldn't say anything until I get my item in one piece. So I'll just keep my fingers crossed for now. "
